Uncontested| Custody & Child Support Modification (Combined)

For parents who have an existing custody order AND a child support order and need to modify both. Maryland requires a material change in circumstances — such as a significant income change, relocation, or shift in parenting time. This uncontested package handles consent modifications where both parents agree on the updated terms. An optional 30-minute phone consultation is available An optional 30-minute phone consultation is available with this package. 

What's Included: 

• Optional 30-minute phone consultation with a Family First Legal attorney is available with every package. The consultation is recommended if you are unsure what to file, but is not required. If you elect the consultation, document drafting begins after the consultation is completed. If you waive the consultation, drafting begins upon receipt of your completed intake questionnaire.
