This version is for divorces where the parties disagree on custody, parenting time, child support, or any financial issue — or where one party may not cooperate. Documents are drafted with adversarial language and include contested custody pleadings, a motion for temporary custody and/or child support where needed, and a memorandum in support. An optional 30-minute phone consultation with a Family First Legal attorney is available with this package.
