Motion to Vacate / Set Aside a Default or Order

If a default was entered against you, or if a court order was entered under circumstances that justify relief (fraud, mistake, newly discovered evidence, or excusable neglect), a Motion to Vacate or Set Aside the order asks the court to undo the prior ruling and allow the matter to proceed on its merits.
