A Motion to Strike asks the court to remove an improper, redundant, immaterial, or scandalous pleading, filing, or portion of a filing from the record. This is commonly used when the opposing party files documents that containimpermissible content, are filed outside of deadlines established by a scheduling order, or do not comply with Maryland procedural rules. An optional 30-minute phone consultation is available.
