Motion to Compel Discovery

If the opposing party has failed to respond to interrogatories, requests for production of documents, or requests for admission within the time required by Maryland Rules, you may file a Motion to Compel requiring the court to order compliance. This package prepares the motion with a full recitation of the discovery requests that were served, the deadline that passed, and the relief requested (production plus, where appropriate, attorney fees and sanctions).
