This contested version combines adversarial custody pleadings with a disputed support petition and, where appropriate, motions for temporary relief on both issues. Includes a 30-minute phone consultation with a Family First Legal attorney. 

What's Included:

If you elect the consultation, document drafting begins after the consultation is completed. If you waive the consultation, drafting begins upon receipt of your completed intake questionnaire.
