Consent Order / Agreed Order (Standalone)

$277.00
Limit 1 per order

When both parties reach an agreement on a specific issue during the pendency of a case — a temporary parenting schedule, an agreement about use of property, a temporary support arrangement, or any other matter — that agreement should be memorialized in a Consent Order signed by both parties and submitted to the court for entry. This package drafts the Consent Order in proper Maryland format, ready for both parties to sign and the court to enter. An optional 30-minute phone consultation is available.

Includes:

  • Consent Order / Agreed Order (attorney-drafted, court-ready format)

  • Signature blocks for both parties (and counsel if applicable)

  • Certificate of Service

  • Step-by-step submission instruction letter

Notes:

  • Both parties must agree on all terms before this package is ordered.

  • This package does not include a Final Judgment — it is for interim/temporary agreed orders within an active case.

  • For final settlement agreements or divorce judgments, see Part I packages.

  • Turnaround: 2–3 business days from intake receipt (or after consultation if elected).
